Privacy
We count visits so we can see which pieces people love — never who they are.

What we record about visits
When you browse this website, a small anonymous note is saved on our own server for each of these things. Nothing is sent to any other company.
| What | Example | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Pages and pieces you look at | "home page", "product page for piece #12", "opened Earrings" | To see which pieces and sections are popular. |
| Shopping steps (counted only) | "a piece was added to a cart", "someone reached checkout", "an order was placed", "an enquiry was sent" | To see where shoppers get stuck. These counts are not linked to the order or enquiry itself, or to the person. |
| Date and time | 7 Oct 2026, 14:32 | To show activity over time. |
| A daily visitor code | "a41f9c0e2b7d6a13" | To count how many different people visited in a day. It is a one-way scramble of your connection and browser details mixed with a random secret that is thrown away every day, so it cannot be turned back into you and cannot follow you from one day to the next. |
| Device, browser and system | "mobile", "Chrome", "Android" | To make sure the site works well on the devices people use. Broad groups only. |
| Main language | "en" | To understand who the site should speak to. |
| How you arrived (first page only) | "instagram.com", or a campaign tag in a link such as utm_source=instagram | To learn which of our posts and links bring people here. Only the website name is kept, never the full address. |
What we never collect
- Your IP address or exact location.
- Cookies or any ID saved on your device to recognise you.
- Your name, phone number, email or address — or anything you type into a form — as part of visit statistics.
- What is in your cart, or the details of your orders.
- Anything for advertising. We use no advertising, social-media or third-party tracking tools, and we do not sell or share this information.
Separately, when you place an order or send an enquiry, the details you type (such as your name and phone number) are saved so we can reply and deliver. That is part of fulfilling your request, it is kept apart from the visit statistics above, and it is used only for that.
How long we keep it
Visit records are deleted automatically after 12 months. Only the shop owner can see the statistics, and they can erase them at any time.
Your choices
Visit statistics are switched off automatically if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also switch them off for this device here:
Counting your visits on this device is ….
This switch is remembered in your browser on this device only. It is a saved preference, not an identifier.
